Priority Room Selection

For as long as possible, we like to give our residents a choice of what bed space they will live in. Priority Room Selection is the system we use to guide residents through the process of choosing their bed space.

All students are encouraged to explore any
Learning Community » options they qualify for. If you do not yet qualify for these Communities, but believe you will in the near future, we suggest you go ahead and select a room while you wait for qualification. Once qualified, you may have the opportunity to change your room assignment over to the Learning Community you're interested in.

At the start of the process, preferences will be collected, some of which may be used to assign you a space if a time comes for that. But as long as our online self-selection process is still available, you will be the one assigning your room to yourself.

If you have less than 30 credit hours (post high school), you are required to live in the residence halls unless exempted » by USH.
